Atlas Truck Repair

I brought my car to Atlas Truck Repairs with the hope of getting it fixed. Instead I was lied to and given the run around for a month and two weeks.Had no idea it was going to be the worst experience I ever had as a customer. As a customer, I was expecting Atlas Truck Repairs to have integrity and be professional on how they treat their customers. Instead, it was the opposite. I get my car back it’s nasty had not been put back together and they had plenty of time to do it before having a tow truck to pick it up. That behavior was unacceptable. I will not refer anyone to your business. Regards Samuel Ellison

In my 35 years of getting service repair on my vehicles, this has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. There was absolutely zero communication. Memo and Andrew repeatedly told me they would call, and never did. I had to call to get an update. To top it off, I was told I had to pay a 3% service fee on my credit card! This was not communicated up front. Memo had the gull to tell me I could walk across 71 to the store and get $2800 out of an ATM. This is entrapment. I felt scammed, and taken advantage of. Go somewhere else, trust me.

Had a major issue this morning with my car and Atlas happened to be the closest shop to where I was. These guys were fantastic. Only a few hours later and they’ve got me ready to go - and at a great price. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

These guys really care. I’ve been a lot of places and have done multiple repairs. It’s old school here and a little frantic but these guys are on top of it. Just had my engine overhauled and it’s been running great! No issues have arised even though I was a little skeptical at first. But after seeing how busy these guys were I knew it had to be a good sign, why else would there be a line out the door waiting for their service.

This place is fantastic! I've been coming here for years to get custom UBolts bent for me. Always great service and fair prices. Recently had them do an alignment and some light suspension work and was thoroughly impressed. Would absolutely recommend.
