My business won’t be using anything from Autozone ever again. Time and time again they are messing up on an order or deliver to wrong place or forget about delivering my orders. So glad to be done with them after today

Useless. Terrible. Awful. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered a part 6 hours ahead and drive there on my way home. Watch the attendant take 5 minutes to replace the receipt paper. The entire staff was friendly helpful and had wonderful customer service. Elias helped me swap out my battery with ease even with the small issues we had systematically, which he also fixed in the process. David was beyond helpful he stood out in 20 degree weather with me to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle.
