My business won’t be using anything from Autozone ever again. Time and time again they are messing up on an order or deliver to wrong place or forget about delivering my orders. So glad to be done with them after today

Useless. Terrible. Awful. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered a part 6 hours ahead and drive there on my way home. Watch the attendant take 5 minutes to replace the receipt paper. Then takes their time looking for the part just to tell me they did not have the part. I say refund it, another 5 minutes just for the refund. Absolute waste of time. I’ll be driving 20 mins out of my way to go to O’Reillys.

Elias Torres is amazing - we arrived here after O’Rielly on 969 said they couldn’t change our battery because of policy. Elias met us, was friendly and professional, came out in the heat and got our old battery out, helped us pick out a new battery without pressure or upselling and then not only changed out our old battery but fixed a mistake O’Rielly did three years ago that added a good ten minutes to his work load. He did it all with a smile and assured us he’d rather get it done right than leave it done poorly. He made sure our car started and was good to go before checking us out. The entire staff was friendly helpful and had wonderful customer service. Elias helped me swap out my battery with ease even with the small issues we had systematically, which he also fixed in the process. David was beyond helpful he stood out in 20 degree weather with me to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle.
